Well yesterday we had a good game of soccer, and afterwards I got really sick and I felt soooo bad. We went teaching but I could hardly stay up because my joints hurt, my head ached, and my eyes hurt as well. I came back to the room and went right to sleep. Today I woke up and again I did not feel well. I got permission to sleep until 11. After I slept, I felt a little better, so we went to the offices and district council. We got home and I went back to feeling sick. My companion started to annoy me because he just said stuff like it's all in your head, you just have to distract my thoughts, proselytizing will take the pain away, and things like that. Well our bishop came up to our room and he felt my head and said I was burning up, he took my temp and it was 40 C. I don't know how much that is in Fahrenheit but I know it’s hot! they gave me a shot and I have been in bed all day sleeping. After the shot and the temp my companion had evidence that I wasn't lying so I felt better. I love you good night.

Well call me tiny Tim because this little turtle is home-sick in bed. Today for only a half day, I finally got out of bed to go serve the people. My companion helped me a lot, he was singing hymns all morning and I would rather go out sick and teach in the heat than listen to him sing one more song. From Monday night to this morning I got about 30 hours of sleep, not too bad! Our lessons were pretty good, but tomorrow I’ll be back at 100 percent! I love you good night

Well today was a good day; I had a proselytizing day normal. We did not have many visits but the two we had were so good! We visited a mom with her son and she was a firecracker! So funny and I think she was flirting with us... later we had a visit with a Venezuelan family. Their kids are still in Venezuela, but Jose and Milagros have been here for 5 months. They made us arepas, the first time I have ever eaten arepas and I loved them! They also gave us some chicken and soda... what a great dinner. Later we found out that they are cousins... that was a little... um, unexpected. ha-ha but still a great family. I love you good night

Well today was a good day; we had no lessons, so we did a lot of contacts and walked a bunch.  I had the spirit of Satan with me as I was walking in this heat! I felt like I was sweating oil... well it all came down to the end of the day when we visited Edwardo, we taught him about the obedience, the prayer, the scriptures, and the assistance to the church. He then informed us that he received his answer about the church that he wants to get baptized this 15th! Woo hoo!! Big win here! I love you good night

Well another big day, we had Edwardo come to church today and that was so good because he’s preparing for his baptism. Later we had not many visits, but Fabrizio came with us today to visit people and that was nice to talk to him. He’s back to normal, so I was really happy to have that time to talk with him. Later in the night we passed by the family Rojas and they are amazing. It has been a long time since we visited with them! I love you good night.
