9 de Septiembre
Well today was changes and it turns out... I GOT CHANGED! My companion thought that he was leaving, had his bags packed and everything! But now I’m in J.L.O I’m sure it stands for something (Area 1 de Mayo), and I freaking love it here! third floor with tile floor, and MY FIRST ROOM WITH A HEATED SHOWER! I’m in the celestial kingdom! We have a pench who cooks all 3 meals and cleans the clothes, and lives next door! I do not have to walk 20 minutes like i did in Pimentel. My companion is also a rock star! Elder Norman was his companion so he has a lot of similarities. I am companion mayor or the older companion so this is a first. I am loving 1 de Mayo! I love you too and good night.

Well today was an excellent day! I’m still getting to know all of the people here and along with the members. But i know what I’m doing here in first of many, Chiclayo, and Peru is right. I know there is nothing I else I would be doing, I know the Iglesias de jesucristo de Los Santos de Los ultimos dias is the true church of Christ. I know that it is not a church formed by Joseph smith, but it is the church Christ established when he lived here on the earth, and it holds the keys of the priesthood to offer us the salvation and more than anything our exaltation to live with our families after this life. This is only possible through the power of God. I know everyone who reads my letters loves me, might miss me, and everyone supports me. I love you with all of my heart, I pray for each of you every day. I know that hymns are essential part of our daily lives to feel Gods love, I know this to be true, I live it, and I am a representative of it! Amen.

12 de Septiembre
Well we are really busy here in my new area, we are preparing a lot of people for their baptisms. Honestly we are running lesson to lesson from 2 in the afternoon until 9:30 at night. I’m loving it! For this I do not have much time to write in my typing thing, we had council of district today, it went well, but the zone leaders were really late so it was a little awkward for 20 minutes while we waited for them. But we have some great goals and my new district is amazing, it’s a young group there is only 2 others who have more time than me. I love you goodnight

Well today was a good day, we had a baptism interview, which went really well. Then we went to teach Brian and Carolina who are boyfriend and girlfriends, and lawyers. Well we taught them the restoration and gave them a book of Mormon. Well let’s just say they are really smart! Brian said he read for about 15 minutes, after just 15 minutes he had two pages written out with graphs and arrows organizing the whole plot of the book of Mormon. It was the most intelligent correct and organized way to explain he book of Mormon. It was so crazy and awesome! I love you good night

Well today we did not have a lot of lessons; we were cleaning and setting up for the baptism most of today. The baptism went really well, I baptized Dayro. He is 11 years old and his mom got baptized a short time ago. He is scared of water but he did really well! That was the highlight of the day, I love you good night

15 de Septiembre
Well today at church we had a great day of assisting the investigators. Bishop knocked on our door this morning before church and said I had a talk. Whelp I think I did all right. Afterwards we visited with Fabrizzio, he is so smart! We taught a few lessons and then we went to the FACE TO FACE! We were told it started at 6 so we went there with an investigator, but turns out it did not start until 8. So we went into another room and taught him about the plan of salvation. It was an amazing lesson, my companion, Alejandro, and I all cried at the great gift of God the family truly is. We helped Alejandro know that the challenges in life are only temporary. The face to face then started and it was nice because it was in a few different languages, one of which was Spanish. When the people translate the broadcasts, they try so hard to put all the words in but miss quite a bit of them. So to listen to Elder Soares talk was helpful to get the full and complete message! I love you good night!

Nov 14, 2018 I have scripture study right now so I will type fast! Today we went to the temple and did an endowment session in Spanish! I still love it! This place is awesome! After the temple we had 4 hours of free time so I put on my people clothes and it was the first time I have worn jeans and a t'shirt in a month! so everyone was super shocked to see me! Huff got another package, he got root beer and Coke I asked for some but he dodged my questions. I love you guys goodnight! Nov 15, 2018 Today was a nice day! Typical eggs for breakfast and chicken and rice for lunch and dinner. Physical activity time we played volleyball and that was really fun! I am really loving the scriptures right now! I am flying out to the field soon and I am really excited! A girl from my mission says she lives there and I asked how the city was and she said it's not that great and it's super hot... but the people are amazing! hahaha I am excited! Feb 17th-23rd

17 de Feb Well today we said our goodbyes to everyone, and it was a good healthy goodbye. Later we went and talked with our families and I received a lot of revelation while talking with my awesome mom! We came to the conclusion that you can only get mad when you fail to complete your part of anything, but we should not get mad if the cards don't fall our way. In other words, don't get mad about things out of your control. Later we went to the offices and I met my new companion Elder Gonzalez. He's from Paraguay and he's really cool. We are opening up a zone, so we have no room, no cook, and nowhere to wash our clothes. However, the Milagros are seen everywhere. We found a room, slept with our assistants, and ate pizza.  Elder Tituana my favorite companion and Elder Alvarado were also sleeping in the assistant’s room with us. We found a cook! Nov 26- Dec 2

Nov 26, 2018 Today was a 2 ice cream kind of a day, first I apologize for any spelling mistakes, the Spanish computers here say everything is spelled wrong. haha second I know why Peruvians are the worst and the best drivers, after September their are no laws on the roads so its grand theft auto in this place! people are going point A to B and they do not care how they get there! Today started with soccer with the whole zone so I saw huff and 3 other gringos and was able to speak English! It was so nice! We beat the Latinos in soccer.. pretty proud of that! I got sun burned pretty bad, kind of surprised it didn't happen sooner. Then we went to go get ice cream, awesome! We had dinner at our cook's house, I say cook because I can't spell her actual title, but it's nothing glorious. haha they went home and we went to email, but no one has computers here so we have to go to this computer place and it's weird, all the Latinos play Fortnite. but we ran out of internet ...
