Today was an excellent day; we woke up and did a deep clean on the room. We went and ate breakfast with my pench who is AMAZING! Then we went to play soccer. I got to know the whole zone as we played soccer for about 3 hours. Here I do not have to travel like I did in Jayanca, Bagua, or Pimentel, so I have a lot of time to play and to talk with family. After we wrote to loved ones, we went to Brian and Carolina. They are the lawyers who are really smart! they now know about the plan of salvation so that’s good, and Brian asked about what happens if someone never had the chance to be baptized here on earth, and asked if there is a place we can go and help them to be baptized.... so we talked about TEMPLES! Ha-ha it was a great lesson! I love you good night

Today we had district council and it went really well, I taught about our testimonies and the example of Abinadi a missionary who taught no lessons, had no converts or baptisms, but shared his testimony. That testimony then went on to bless Alma the older, then his son, and a long line of prophets until Moroni. After the council we had an interchange. I went with Elder Serrano from Mexico. He is amazing! He just came out of the offices and is super funny. Everyone made trump-wall jokes but he had a good sense of humor about it. I love you good night

Well we ended the intercombio and headed to the offices. My companion had an interview with president for about 2 hours... but while I was waiting a box came for me... and it was CINNABON! Along with some DR. PEPER! I shared it with the A.P.s and they were very happy. And shared it with the zone leaders who also appreciated it. We then headed back to the room, and had some good lessons. My awesome companion teaches like no one else! He’s awesome! I love you good night

Well a heart breaking day. We were teaching a few lessons but not having a ton of luck. We were about to have a lesson and president called. He asked to speak to me, he said that my companion would be returning home and he will be coming by in 2 hours to pick him up and drop off my new companion. We said good bye to his converts but did not mention that he was leaving. Just said good bye. We went to the room and packed up his stuff, and he headed home. He spent 8 strong months here in Peru, changed a lot of lives and helped me become more Christ like. I love Elder Andrade. Good night

Today was a good first day with my new companion Elder Huaman, I was not mentally ready to be district leader, senior companion, and lead the area after one week. My companion has a lot of questions that I don’t have answers to. But he is bien animado, he is really excited and happy to be out here and  Ilove his positive energy! He loves talking with people and has high goals for us as a companionship. I’m expecting big things from us hear in our area [first of many!] I love you good night

Well today was a good day, we had a successful day at church, we taught the young men about tithing. We then gave this young lady an amazing priesthood blessing. We had very few lessons but we did teach our ward missionaries. I’ve never had ward missionaries, but it is amazing! We can ask them to teach a commandment to someone and they will do it! And they are the sweetest group of moms! Ha-ha I love you good night
