Well today we went to Chiclayo museum in the street where there are a lot of statues and its full of really rich history. Later we went to the mall for the first time in almost 14 months. We ate lunch with the elders and sisters, then went home to talk with the family. My family is all good by the way. We went and did some llaves alenadas which is honestly nothing. Later we taught a girl named Yaxely and she is in love with me. She did not look at my companion a single time through the lesson. She has a baptism date for the 21st and I wonder who she will chose to baptize her. We had nothing left so we just knocked on doors. The Milagro or miracle of the day was how awesome the day was. Also, when we were buying food, I had such an impulse to buy a full pizza, and I know what you’re thinking, typical Elder Merritt. I bought it but honestly, I did not even eat half of it. After half of it was gone, this guy came up to me and looked hungry and so I gave it to him. The hard part was my soda.... I gave him over half, and I pray that he enjoys it! It was an awesome opportunity to serve him. I love you good night

Today we had Leader Counsel, so all the leaders got together, and we talked about how we can help the elders and the mission. It was so good, we presented our idea, and everyone was super impressed, and president took it out of our hands, made 50 copies, and gave it to the whole mission. It was awesome! Later we had a meeting with him and the stake president about the wards. It was so funny, our stake president put hand sanitizer on a cockroach... later we finished planning our zone plan for tomorrow. honestly the best Milagro of the month was that president is going to come teach with us next week! And he gave us permission to baptize someone! It was such an amazing day! I love you good night

We had plan de zona and it went really well, and went really fast! We have some good plans and goals that we will put into practice so we can help more people at a time! We had an awesome visit with MARIA! We called the assistants and they gave us permission to teach her and we had a great lesson with her! It was such a milagro to have that lesson with her. Today was a really good day, we did not have many visits, so we were walking almost all day. The milagro of the day was that we went to the offices and Elder Zimmerman was saying how good I’m doing and just made me feel so good, he is such an amazing elder! also today in the morning was the birthday of one of the elders so we cracked eggs on his head! another great part of the day! I love you good night

well today was an awesome day, we had crepes for breakfast which was the first time in the mission. we then went to the office to pick up my birthday present and it was spectacular! I love my shoes, NASA shirt, FOOTBALLS, and all the candy! I later picked up 2 cakes one from my cooking and one from my lovely mom. Then we took two people who are looking into the church to a baptism. They loved it and the one who got baptized LOVED my eyes.... later we did some service moving homes. The guy moved into a home which was like 10X 15 feet, with one light. We asked him where he was going to go to the bathroom and shower. he looked at us with such fear because he hadn't thought of that. we had a few good lessons and we should have some good people in the church tomorrow. WHAT A GREAT DAY! I love you good night

Well today we went to church and we had 5 people come who are looking into the church. all 5 of them have a baptism date for this month! we later had an intercambio today and it went really well. me and Elder Chumbe had a lot of success here in our area. I love you good night!
